I process orders as quickly as possible and strive to ship them within 2 business days using priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update. Once an order has shipped, it is out of my hands, but I do include USPS insurance with my orders.
All purchases are final. However, if you're unhappy with your order, please reach out to me directly and I will be happy to help. If your item arrives damaged, breaks, falls apart, or needs repairs, I will repair it at no charge (shipping fees may apply)
